By contracting services from Wiley Akin you agree to the following terms:
Cancellations
Clients must provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling by 7 PM two days in advance of appointments. Wiley Akin reserves the right to charge a $50 fee for all cancellations or reschedules made less than two days in advance of the appointment. A $100 fee will be applied to cancellations made the day of the appointment. No-show to scheduled appointments will result in a charge equal to the cost of the scheduled services. Fees may be waived at Wiley Akin’s discretion if he is able to fill the scheduled appointment time.
Preparation and Execution
The client and/or realtor are solely responsible for the preparation and condition of the property prior to scheduled appointments. As an estimate for time required to execute services, approximately 25-40 minutes per 1,000 Sq. Ft. will be allotted per appointment. Any impediment to the execution of services will be subject to an hourly rate of $50 or a full cancellation fee if services are barred from being performed at all. Please review our Property Preparation Checklist to ensure properties are in appropriate condition prior to scheduled appointments.
Property Defects
Properties will be photographed in their existing condition. Images will not be retouched to doctor any abnormalities, damages, defects, etc. Advanced photo editing services may be offered at an additional rate.
Property Safety
It’s the responsibility of the client to ensure a physically safe environment for the execution of the services. If a property is deemed unsafe, the appointment will be subject to cancellation and applicable fees.
Quality Guarantee
Wiley Akin guarantee’s high definition print quality images captured utilizing expert digital photography methods of the existing condition of the home.
Weather Related Schedule Changes
Regarding weather, it is the client’s decision to continue with the scheduled appointment or reschedule in conjunction with the existing scheduling policy. Clients may choose to conduct exterior shoots separately for a cost of $50—not including travel fees.
Intellectual Property and Licensing of Media
Final media products created by Wiley Akin will remain the intellectual property of Wiley Akin, unless deemed otherwise in writing. All media released is licensed to the soliciting parties for the purpose of marketing the associated listing and should not be used for any other unauthorized commercial use.
